Special Religious DevelopmentReligious program of the Archdiocese designed to meet the spiritual needs of persons with learning or developmental challenges who are at least 6 years old through adulthood. St. Edward Parish SPRED welcomes young adults, ages 11 through 16, to grow in faith through the sacraments and full participation in the parish worship community. There is no fee.
Volunteers may be parishioners or members of the community at large, 18+. Training is required.
Volunteers meet with the children every other Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Rectory Hall, October through April.
